Dr. Jon Baker

At the age of 15, while working in a lumber yard, a 480 lb load fell on Dr. Bakers head. He was crushed to the ground and woke up inside a hospital some time later with no feeling in the legs and no bladder control. After several hours of evaluation and tests he was told he should have surgical procedures or he’d never walk again. A nurse convinced his grandfather to bring him to her chiropractor before surgery. Carried towards the car, carried into the chiropractors office and left of the chiropractors office inside an hour.

The remainder is history. In the chronilogical age of 15 Dr Jon Baker committed his life to being a chiropractor and changing lives. 10 years later at the chronilogical age of 25 he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1985. 30 days later he was practicing in Modesto, California. His practice grew in a phenomenal pace and that he had his first associate in position 6 months later. Then he started growing his satellite clinics and opened nine more over the following six years.

Then the requests for help and questions of How do you do it started mounting up. So Dr. Baker started a seminar business and shared his systems with all who wanted to know while keeping his chiropractic clinics. In a short time he realized that the seminars were not enough to obtain individuals to replicate his systems and he started one-on-one coaching.

Dr. Hans Freericks

While studying at San Jose State University and dealing at UPS a bad back injury set the course throughout Dr. Hans life. A lifting injury caused two discs to herniate in the back rendering him not able to stand, sit or walk. After refusing the recommended surgery a chiropractor was the only one in a position to help. Within two years he’d entered chiropractic school himself.

Mentored by a number of from the great Gonstead chiropractors in the Bay area Dr. Hans opened his first practice in Fremont, California in 1995. The practice grew fast and served plenty of patients but still left him having a longing to do more. I wanted to serve more people, earn more money, work less hours and have more enjoyable. Thats what drew him to Dr. Jon Baker and New Beginnings in 2000. Finally a system that enables me to achieve the practice and life of my dreams while helping other chiropractors to possess theirs.

Since that time Dr. Hans has grown his main chiropractic clinic to become among the largest in the Bay Area, and that he has opened three highly successful satellite offices and coached a lot more than 20 chiropractors to do exactly the same. He joined New Beginnings like a coach in 2007. Today he specializes in helping others grow high volume, highly profitable practices and creating multiple satellite clinics.
